Chef
Guillaume Leroux built his career in the most prestigious Michelin
rated kitchens in France such as l’Arpège or Chez Camdeborde in Paris,
and with Georges Paineau in Questembert. He has added an international
touch to his cuisine during a two-year stay in Japan. Leroux takes the
highest quality, freshest produce and transforms them into inventive,
delectable dishes.
All ingredients are selected from local producers within a 100 km
radius. In an intimate and warm atmosphere, the dining room opens onto
a large landscaped terrace: a unique and exclusive place in the Bay.
